I thought it came out great... In some latin cultures they like their not so firm.. I wondered if the firmness is controlled by the cooking time? any ideas? I baked exactly according to recipe and did come out a little too firm for my Puerto Ricans... any ideas how to keep it more jiggly inside? less time? thanks ""

delicous... very very moist... i only put 3/4 of the veggies in because it just looked like it was too much... it almost looked underdone because it is so moist. in my oven it took about 1 hr and 7 minutes... yummi..would not change a thing... oh, i think i used 85/15 turkey and maybe that is why it came out with lots of juice.. delicous. not sure what some of the critic was. I left the slices pretty chunky, added a tblspoon of brandy and it came out just right and over some ice cream was even more delicious. so, the key is to not make the fruit no too small and check maybe after 30 min to see how your oven cooks. ""

I have a fig tee so I wanted to use fresh figs. it came out a bit too runny... so had to add quite a bit of gelating... but the flavour was good, a bit too sweet , but next time I balance it out with a bit more brandy. ""

love or hate.. not everything is meant to be mixed with pasta!!! I happen to like Hummus and I love whole grain pasta and I do not eat meat. So, knowing that this was pretty nutrional I pretty much forced myself to eat it.. And actually after a couple of bites I got used to the flavours. BUT with that said, Hummus and noodles.... not the best com"
