Reviewed African Peanut Soup
"I made this for a luncheon at work, I doubled the recipe so there was a fairly generous amount to share. They ate it all, scraping the crock pot clean ... it was fantastic! I did add some cream of coconut to make it a little more creamy/sweet, I also added some sesame oil. I was pleased that the peanuts in the peanut butter didn't soften but stayed crunchy, it enhanced the texture a lot.
