"Wonderful! I didn't have evaporated milk so used 1/2 cup cream plus a cup milk instead. Then added in the can of sweetened condensed milk and left out the other cup of milk. Cooked for 10 mins and it was creamy and delicious. I also added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon when I added in the milks. Best rice pudding I"ve ever made."

I had tried raw avocado puddings before but didn't care for them..but this was just sweet enough to be a treat."
