I don't care for ginger ale. It has always reminded me of having the flu as a child and my parents making me down it with saltines all day long. But today when I watched Bobby Flay make this, I felt compelled to go get the what I needed and make it right now. I'm in love with it and will keep on making it. What a great summer drink."

The only thing I didn't have on hand was mint and parsley, other than that, this was an excellent recipe and when it's 100 degrees out like today, it makes for a great refreshing meal. I saw in some reviews that people felt it didn't have enough flavor. I've learned with RR's pasta salad recipes that I make that I generally need to double the dressing in the recipe.
