Reviewed Chilled Asparagus Salad
"I don't particularly like asparagus but this was spectacular. The dressing is so clean and sparkling with the lemons and spice mixture. You have to try it. A wonderful surprise and went so well with the chicken with the olive tapenade and lemon butter made it my favorite. The only way you can top this whole dish is to make her olive oil cake. Yummm the elegant way. "
"This was fun not only to eat but to make. The recipe is simple but very posh to look at. We loved it. The zucchini mix oh so wonderful. Try it you will want more"
"This recipe is exceptional I watched her create the dish it looked beautiful so I had to try it. The bird was juicy and the flavor of the lemons, olives, and herbs makes my mouth water thinking about it. This would be an simple and elegant dish to serve any day but would wow your friends and family. "
