"Excellent and simple. By the way, if you don't want to mix a huge amount of the "House Seasoning" just notice that its on a 1 to 1/4 ratio. You can get the same thing by mixing 2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or any variation thereof. This is pretty close to a Tablespoon of the House Seasoning."
