"It was ok. Like other reviewers said, the dough is tough to work with, and it took me a few tries to get the pockets shaped properly. I also substituted spinach for the arugula. Additionally, I think parmesan is a much too salty cheese for a pizza pocket, and if I make it again, I will substitute mozzarella. "

Reviewed Chicken Fingers With Curried Ketchup

"Great recipe and very quick! The breading produces a perfectly crispy tender. My only issues are that the ketchup was too bland and the curry overpowered the chicken tenders. In the future, I'd add more curry to the ketchup and less to the breading."

Reviewed Three Bean and Beef Chili

"I like this recipe, but I make a few changes to the original recipe. Instead of beef, I use lean ground turkey, season it and brown it in a pan before adding it to the vegetables. I also add an another bell pepper (green or orange) and two cloves of garlic. Additionally, I add a can of corn along with the beans and a few tablespoons of chili powde"
