Great! I served the chicken over a bed of the couscous instead of stuffing it. And, sauteed the chicken in the olive oil and butter, then deglazed the pan with wine, added the olives and roasted red peppers, lemon juice. Added extra oil from the red peppers and olives to create more of a sauce. Fresh squeeze of lemon on top with feta. I am sor"
