Reviewed Roasted Tomato Caprese Salad
"Absolutely perfect way to use roma tomatoes. Only suggestion is you hold off on some of the salt - perhaps by 1/2. When you add some oil and balsamic to dress, there is enough extra salt to bring it to life. Otherwise, first batch was too salty for me. But delicious nonetheless."
