Reviewed Garlic and Cheese Popovers

Way too much garlic. And maybe too much cheese. The popover itself worked out fine. But wow, too much flavor here! I like spicy and bold flavors, but this was really too much. I'm going to stick with just a basic popover without the extra ingredients next time.

Reviewed Cheddar Beer Soup

Terrible! The roux was not thick enough and the soup broke. It was just a bunch of greasy sauce and beer. Yuck. I would really love to find a good recipe for cheddar beer soup, but this is not it.
