Reviewed Cast Iron Skillet Corn Bread
"I have made countless recipes of cornbread and this is by far the BEST I have ever made! I made this with taco soup and had friends over. We all sat at the table oohing and aahing over the cornbread!! I think it's the melted butter that gives it the wonderful flavor and the moist melt in your mouth texture! Preheating the pan helps to give it a beautiful brown crust! I used a Calphalon pan instead of a black frying pan!Have to go back on my diet but for splurge occasions this is my definite cornbread recipe from now on!!!!!!
