"It didn't work for me at all. I followed the exact recipe. The Turkey over cooked on the outside and under cooked on the inside. My thought is maybe too many or too few aromatics, or possible it needed to be on a stand in the roasting pan. Whatever. Ruined bird this year. Maybe I will quit trying to find recipes online. "
