Reviewed Chili Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

"Super easy and sooo good! I just made these for Valentine's Day, I had to sneak a couple while I was dipping them and it's perfect! ""

Reviewed Ricotta Orange Pound Cake

"The recipe turned out perfect! I only subbed the amaretto with 1/2 tsp of almond extract and then added 2 TBSP of fresh orange juice so the liquid amounts were the same and it was so delicious. I didn't have to add cooking time either, it took exactly 50 minutes. ""

Reviewed Grilled Apple, Bacon and Cheddar Sandwich with Roasted Red Onion Mayo

"I made this exactly as the recipe says, I sliced my apples on my mandolin to make sure they were nice and thin. I wasn't sure how I was going to like the apples on this sandwich but it was so good! ""

Reviewed Emeril's Meat Balls and Red Gravy

"I wanted to cook for my boyfriend's parents who are 100% Italian and I knew they liked meatballs and "gravy" as they call it, so I scoured this site and settled on this recipe. I thought, I'm either the dumbest or the bravest girl cooking this for an Italian family...luckily for me and thanks to Emeril, this recipe was a huge success! My boyfriend's mother said it reminded her of her mother's recipe! Phew!! Thanks Emeril, I just scored a bunch of points with this one!

Reviewed Mary Alice's Hoagie Dip

"This was really delicious and a great presentation with the bread bowl...it really makes a hoagie sandwich into something a lot more special by doing it this way. Plus, it's great for guests who don't want a big sandwich, you can just scoop out what you want and spread it on the sliced hoagie rolls for mini-bites. My guests loved it!
