Reviewed Marshmallow Pops

Nov 1, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

An excellent alternative that is quicker and easier than cake pops.
Like others, I have had lots of trouble getting the candy melts or almond bark to be the right texture for dipping. Marshmallows are much more forgiving. The taste isn't as good as cake pops and you cant shape them much, but the speed and convenience cant be beat!

The recipe makes a huge amount. I made half the batch ad it's still enough to have chocolate milk for my months (that's a good thing!).

As I believe others have said, the recipe has an error regarding the salt. I've made this several times and 1/2 tsp is good for my taste and I think more than 1 tsp would be too much.
And, I've made this several times as it is EXCELLENT."

Outstanding with a few changes that kept the spirit of dish. I used whole milk instead of cream to reduce the fat and calories. It was still very rich and creamy.
I added a large pinch of red pepper flakes to the onions and butter for depth of flavor and not "heat."
This will be in our "favorites" file."
