This was a great tilapia recipe. The coconut-cilantro sauce was extremely flavorful. I made sure to salt and pepper the fish well (we all no tilapia has minimal flavor). I took the advice of a previous post and added feta cheese crumbles. It gave it that extra saltiness that tilapia so desperately needs. I paired the fish with roasted baby eggplant...

I've never made cabbage rolls before and what a process it was. I used turkey meat instead of the pork and I thought it tasted great. The sauce is excellet. We had cibatta bread on the side and dipped the bread in it. I would reccomend this recipe as long as you have a few hours for to cook!
