Reviewed Herb-Crusted Roast Beef with Horseradish Cream
"I have always been hesitant about making a roast...Afraid it would be too dry. But I followed Sunny's recipe and the smell of the fresh herbs permeating through the house made my mouth water. The roast was delicious, tender, and cooked just right. The horseradish cream was also good, adding a different take on roast beef instead of always having a brown gravy or ar jus.
