"we made this salad, and fell inlove with it! I am making it again this sunday to accompany a pulled pork sandwich, I loved the whole combination of the celery root, apple, spinach and the dressing was to die for! I brought some over to my neighbor's house later that evening and they devoured it! the only change I am going to make is to shred the apple as well as the celery root, I did not care for those huge slices of apple. great job aarti.
