The current issue arrived today, saw this recipe and I just happened to have fresh from the garden, eggplant and tomatoes. After topping with ricotta and tomatoes I slid the baking pan into a 350 degree oven for a few minutes. I was out of red wine vinegar so I substituted Sherry Wine Vinegar...I would like the red better though. I let the tomato...

Update: it did not get icy...had a wonderful smooth texture. I served it in champagne flutes layered with fresh blueberries...and when I received this very tall bottle of Limoncello, direct from Italy, I wondered what I would do with it. Wonder no more!"

Just put it in the a little kid, had to scrape the bowl and if the frozen result is anything like what I just tasted..OMG! The will be my summertime go to dessert...the bottle of Limoncello is in the freezer as well. "
