Excellent! I've doubled the recipe for 2+ servings, and everytime I make it, I get rave reviews. I honestly think it's better than a lot of dishes at my local italian restaurant. When I double the recipe, I always end up with a little more sauce than the pasta, so I cook more pasta than what the recipe indicates.

Really easy, simple, and flavorful. My friend loooooved this, said it was the best thing I've ever made. I made it with a side of steamed broccoli for a healthy meal.
