Excellent recipe! I will definitely be using it again. A great flavor for the turkey! I Jared a 12 pound turkey, therefore I doubled the recipe. I also used a different cooking time; 30 minutes at 500 degrees and then decreased the oven temperature to 350 degrees for about 2 hours until the turkey breast temperature reached 151 degrees. I baste"
