"After several years of fiddling with turkey recipes and techniques, this way is now the ONLY way we fix the turkey. I recommend watching the video to see how to make the foil triangle to protect the breast and where to place the thermometer. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing the food thermometer/alarm so that you can take the turkey out exactly when its done and prevent opening the oven.
This recipe will make everyone think you must be the best cook ever! The turkey is THAT good. Enjoy.
