Absolutely loved this recipe! I substituted sun-dried tomatoes for the roasted red pepper and loved it that way. Pine nuts would've been wonderful with this version, too. It's a bit of work, but every step is easy and the results delightful! Presentation is equally delightful -- & a great option for company, too.
