After reading the reviews, I decided to use half the lemon juice when cooking (making up the rest with chicken stock) and did the same in the dressing. Came out perfectly and my picky friend commented it's "the best quinoa she's ever had." It's the perfect healthy and flavorful side dish. I even eat it as the main course for lunch sometimes. G"

Just made this for a dinner party last night and there was hardly any flavor--basically, it tasted like cooked barley. Which was disappointing since I love all the ingredients on their own.
