Reviewed Really Good Vegetarian Meatloaf (Really!)
"My meatarian bf gives it a 3.5. I give it a 4 based upon potential. It was a bit mushy so maybe I would make it in smaller containers next time to give it a crust. Also maybe turn up the heat to 375 for 1 hour. The look and taste were fine."

"Didn't add the 2nd helping of wine. Adjusted salt to taste. Did need to simmer it much longer to reduce the wine but it was very tasty. BF thinks it has too much of a tomato taste. He gives it 4 stars. "
