“After making it twice, I made a few small adjustments to the basic recipe. I use 3/4 C. half and half and 3/4 C. 2% milk instead of the heavy cream, and I also season the egg mixture with a little minced garlic, crushed red pepper and parsley in addition to the salt and pepper - but we like most everything with a little extra spice.
