"This rice pudding has wonderful flavor with the rosewater and pistachio combination... worth the extra trip to the Indian grocery store for rosewater! Be sure to use a heavy-bottomed pot and stir constantly to avoid burning. Simply wonderful! We'll definitely make this again and again!
