Reviewed Spinach and Bacon Quiche
"I tried this for Christmas morning and it was a hit! Easy, simple; used a more expenseive swiss chesse which made all the difference. Did have to use my deep dish pie plate cause this can fill a deep dish. I think that using the food processor made the texture smooth and cook more evenly. Thanks for the recipe, I will be doing this again for myself!
