I like how easy this was to make and it tasted really good. The ingredients really shine in this one, especially the smoked paprika on the croutons. I have to agree with some other reviewers though, it does come out watery.

TIPS: I suggest taking out at least a cup of water or omitting the water all together. I made it this summer...

I'm a new Claire Robinson fan! I'm not normally a beef rib or red wine fan but this was delicious! The meat was super-tender. No knife needed. A guest had given me a bottle of red and this recipe came to mind. It cooked out well; my son (12 yrs) even loved it. I've made it twice so far! Thank you for taking out the intimidation factor! The rellenos were tasty. I was afraid they were going to be "bland" as one reviewer said, so I ended up adding TOO MUCH salt. What a great idea to divide one cake batter into three for minis! This was fun and delicious. I swapped the flavors out and did a little experimenting instead. I'm not sure if it was just because of my substitutions but I ended up with a little runny frosting (probably a little heavy-handed on the juice). Also, the cream cheese is a bit over-powering...
