“On a positive note, the meat comes out super tender and flavorful. But the sauce is too salty. When I made this dish I removed about half of the liquid, replaced it with water and added honey, more garlic and ginger. I got rave reviews and everyone asked for the recipe!
Problem is, the recipe calls for soy sauce AND rice wine...”
