"`This is a great quick fix cake for a busy family. Of course it could never beat an oven cake. But we save those for special times anymore. This is cheap and quick, I do like the taste. I keep Ice Cream Topping on hand and once we make the mix we add 1 Tablespoon of Carmel or Hot Fudge to it and it becomes a Lava Cake. Thank You Zurie for sharing ..."

"We loved this!!! I bought a 7lb eye of round roast and then came home to find out how to cook it. This recipe seemed to be the best. I used a cast iron dutch oven and this roast known for being tough was so tender and moist. And lots of it will go in freezer to have for another day: ) Thank you for posting this : )"
