Reviewed Pancake Lasagna
"This was amazing! And I agree that having a very deep pan is a MUST! Also, next time I'll crumble or chop the bacon instead of just laying it in the pan. I ended up using all of the extra cut off pieces of the pancakes. It didn't hurt anything, so I was good with it. The maple sauce is sweet, but I ended up making about half of what was called for"
