Reviewed Three Bean and Beef Chili
"This is excellent chili. I definitely support having cornbread with it and the cheese on top (I used cheddar). I almost think that sour cream might make it too creamy as the flavors are already more subtle than most chili's. I also ended up using 3 chipotles and 3 teaspoons of the adobo sauce and it was just fine. I have little tolerance for spicy food and I found it added just the right amount of warmth and flavor. "
