Delicious! Worth the work of roasting a butternut squash, which, by the way, will make 3 batches of this soup! I made 1 batch of soup at a time, and froze it. I didn't want to buy a huge pkg. of dry nonfat milk that I'd never use up, so I substituted 1 6oz. vanilla yogurt, and used 1 egg instead of 2. I also chopped the ingredients, like other reviewers. Delicious!!"
