"I'm giving this 4 stars because at the end of the day my bechamel sauce version is still the best...but for a set it and forget it...this is great...I doubled the noodles because there was a lot liquid...there was a little pool of oil on the top...the next time I will use less butter...but my Arkansas born and raised hubby gave it 2 thumbs up...th"
