This recipe was fantastic. I did make some slight changes. I had about 1.5 lbs of ham that I had left over from Christmas dinner so I did not use any bacon. Instead I chopped up my ham and sauted in olive oil until crisp. I used kale instead of the chard. I used 2 10oz cans of Rotel diced tomato with green chilis. All I can say is wow. Ever...
