Want to try the whole combination but got an idea to cut the cost and effort. Replace the artichoke puree with celery root. Use the same recipe but replace the artichoke with celery root. I just made it as an experiment and it was excellent. I'm going to remember this trick. "

Reviewed Creole Shrimp and Lobster Bisque

This was one of the easist and best tasting Bisque I've either made or had including in resturants. I doubled the recipie and used on large Lobster and a pound of shrimp. I did not have cajun spice on the shelf so I made up my own and used some spanish paprika. If you are looking of a good, easy and quick Bisque I would highly recommend this. "

This was an excellent recipe. I agree with several others that suggest adding the salt and pepper in layers as you cook the components. When I combined all at the end I added a couple to teaspoons of red pepper flakes. Depending on your flavor preference I would recommend that you taste and adjust as you build. "
