Reviewed Creole Shrimp and Lobster Bisque
"This was one of the easist and best tasting Bisque I've either made or had including in resturants. I doubled the recipie and used on large Lobster and a pound of shrimp. I did not have cajun spice on the shelf so I made up my own and used some spanish paprika. If you are looking of a good, easy and quick Bisque I would highly recommend this. "

"This was an excellent recipe. I agree with several others that suggest adding the salt and pepper in layers as you cook the components. When I combined all at the end I added a couple to teaspoons of red pepper flakes. Depending on your flavor preference I would recommend that you taste and adjust as you build. "
