Reviewed chocolate raspberry pavlova

Excellent summer desert. Very light and refreshing. I also used the 1 cup of sugar as suggested and it turned out perfectly. The only other change I will make is to do an 8" round since my meringue spread when baking so it was not as high as I would have liked. This recipe is definitely a keeper and I will make it again.

i made this recipe with Lamb - used a dry red wine instead of the marsala and added extra veggies. It was DELICIOUS. My mother in law who is Italian thought this was excellent and asked me to make again. She now likes it better than a leg of lamb roast!!""
