Great! Added carrots, celery and a Diakon (root radish type vegetable, used alot in Asian cooking, which I had on hand). Also added extra chicken stock. The veggies, stock and fresh ground pepper gave so much flavor. As I am single, froze the rest for future indulgence. "

Wonderfull! Used sliced baby portabella mushrooms (for flavor). Sour cream and a can of cream of mushroom soup (for creaminess). Whole wheat bread crumbs. Some tarragon. Gruyere is expensive but so worth the unique nuttiness. "
