This recipe is AMAZING as-is, but here is how I made it even better (in my opinion): 1.5 lbs sliced Andouille (brown it first and pat it dry, set it aside and add back in later), 8oz shredded chicken and top it with sliced green onion. You won't win any health food awards, but oh, la la...
