Reviewed Baked Potatoes with Sausage and Arugula Sauce

This was quick and easy to make. I used baby spinach since the my little grocery store didn't have arugula. After everything was cooked, my dish was a bit too salty for my taste, so I added some Merlot wine, and then it was perfect. Very flavorful. Will make again."
