Wow!!! I followed the recipe fairly close. It is out of this world; worthy of any restaurant I've ever been in and I've eaten out a lot in the last 40 years. The dish is spicy in an "I've got to have more" way, not for "food wimps", but it's not so spicy as to take your breath away either. The mix of sausage, chicken & shrimp was nice. I used rig"
