"amazing. simply amazing. I take the extra marinade and bring it to a simmer on the stove. I add some sambal and either honey or brown sugar until mixture thickens. After the meat is done cooking I dredge the pieces in the sauce. I love using udon noodles with the steak and chop up lots of green onions and toss it all together. I make this at least twice a month. All your guests eyes will pop when they try this. They will think you are a master chef :) PS, the extra charred the meat gets on the outside, the better. Use super hot grill to cook on.
I try to cook fresh local ingredients a few days a week.
