“I fry the tortillas first for a few seconds to soften them and then fill and fry them till crisp. For a lower fat version I don't fry at all-I spray the tortillas with Pam and put them on a cookie sheet in a 425 oven for a few minutes to soften then fill,spritz with Pam and bake till crisp.
