Reviewed Italian-Style Baked Beans

"Not sure what all the rave reviews are about, these were very bland. And yes I followed the recipe EXACTLY, buying a good dark beer, springing for the pricey pancetta and a good bottle of balsamic.... no substitutions in the ingredients or amounts were made at all. The only thing different about these beans from regular baked beans is that you can"

Reviewed Biscuits

"I agree with HMOSER, 10 minutes at 450 on a greased cookie sheet, and these turned out perfect. The only thing I changed was adding just a little vinegar to the milk to make it like buttermilk, otherwise I followed it exactly. These are super easy and quick and really tasty. Rolling them to about 1/2" thick and using a 3 1/2" cutter yielded 8 biscuits for me. Will make this my go-to recipe!
