Reviewed Stracotto (Pot Roast with Porcini Mushrooms
"Oh my goodness... this pot roast was like a little party in my mouth. This is the best pot roast I've ever eaten! WOW!! We all loved it so much- it will be a monthly regular. It is probably one of my top 3 favorite meals I've ever made. The meat is so tender and the sauce/gravy is incredible. I made it per the recipe- no changes. I will make this again and again. The bonus: the house smelled amazing. This is true comfort food! I love all the other reviewer's ideas for leftovers- I'll be trying some of those. Thanks Giada for sharing a little piece of heaven!"
