"I tried again. Still awful. The concept is great what are we missing. Are the Cooking Channel Chefs trying to outdo each other. Just add more spices and let it go. Cinnamon and Gloves are overwhelming.
Reviewed Mojito Chicken
"What a great recipe. However, Guy has no clue as to how long or what the temperature should be. You must really, really brown the chicken before putting in the oven. Guy makes you think this is a 4 minute process ............ wrong. much longer. 300 degrees - we started there then went to 325 and then 350 and then 375. GUY HAS NEVER MADE THIS RECIPE. What a great possibility - what awful directions.
