"I have made this several times and I think the ingredients are perfect.

I agree with some other reviewers that I don't really like the egg whites just floating on top, so I modified the method. I add the 4 whole eggs to the blender and turn it on low, then slowly add in all of the sugar, then slowly the cream and finally the milk and nutmeg. "
