Fantastically Easy. As good as any salmon I have ever had in a restaurant. I used some lime and dill; but I think that detracted. Stick to the salt & pepper to start with. ""

This is a great way to fix pork. A full teaspoon of red pepper flakes is too much. I cut back to 1/2 teaspoon. Also, I didn't have tomato paste, so I substituted catsup and left off the vinegar--also do not have bay leaves.
