My Activity

Reviewed Oven-baked Salmon

"Fantastically Easy. As good as any salmon I have ever had in a restaurant. I used some lime and dill; but I think that detracted. Stick to the salt & pepper to start with. ""

Reviewed Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy

"This is easy and great for company!! I used Brandy since I didn't have cognac. It was yummy. Lots of salisbury for the amount of steak. I am going to make for company mother's day."

Reviewed Braised Country-Style Pork Ribs

"This is a great way to fix pork. A full teaspoon of red pepper flakes is too much. I cut back to 1/2 teaspoon. Also, I didn't have tomato paste, so I substituted catsup and left off the vinegar--also do not have bay leaves. I do not have a dutch oven so I browned the pork and transfered it to a casserole on the stove on low. I then sauteed the onion/celery/carrot mixture, etc and transfered to the casserole on top of the pork. Added chicken broth. When the casserole was simmering, I transferred to oven. I served it on white rice. It was Yummy!
