"Outstanding banana cupcake recipe. Light, chewy inside, not too sweet. I used 1/2 unbleached and 1/2 whole wheat pastry flour for added nutrition. Didn't have any nuts on hand but they were still wonderful. And like others before me said, nice only making 12 cupcakes. I did not frost them and they were just plain old good with a glass of milk"

"So simple to make and so delicious to eat. I was able to use home made apple juice in place of cider and added a splash of brandy at the end of cooking gravy. Very good."

"I've made these several times and everyone just loves them and asks for the recipe. Usually make the almond with diced dried apriocots. This time, no apricots or cherries so I put in the grated finely peel of a large orange along with extra almonds and both vanilla and almondextract. OMG! Absolutly the best. These are cookies I make for gift"

"This is very flavorful and fragrant too.Never used cojita cheese before, it worked out well not overpowering the dish. Had more filling than chili's to stuff so just piled it in dish and will make for some awsome leftovers tomorrow."
