I'm not sure about other people, but I had enough filling (potato & ham) to make 2 quiches. I even bought a deep dish crust & it still wouldn't fit. I ended up making the two and adding 2 eggs and some more milk to up the egg base. I switched out the rosemary for chives and it was pretty tasty. It also took longer than 35 minutes to bake. I'm"

I liked these a lot! I didn't add the glaze, but I infused the lemon into the jam mixture instead; it really freshened the mixture.

I struggled a bit getting a feel for jam distribution, and it did seep out of some, but overall it was delicious!
