This recipe is easy to follow, and gives great results every time!
Personally, I cannot make and eat this too often! It is hearty and

This could be the best thing I've EVER eaten! I made just the pork chops, grinding the spices together, minus the pimento. The chop stayed moist, the spice flavors permeated the chops.
It is important to have a thick chop. I used my husband's great-greatgrandmother's cast iron
