My Activity

Reviewed Almost-Famous Broccoli-Cheddar Soup

"This recipe is easy to follow, and gives great results every time!
Personally, I cannot make and eat this too often! It is hearty and
delicious. Sometimes I substitute 2% milk for some of the half and
half, and it still turns out great."

Reviewed Grilled Pork Chops with Sauteed Apples, Onion Rings and Mustard Greens

"This could be the best thing I've EVER eaten! I made just the pork chops, grinding the spices together, minus the pimento. The chop stayed moist, the spice flavors permeated the chops.
It is important to have a thick chop. I used my husband's great-greatgrandmother's cast iron
fry pan on a gas range, and put that into my gas oven. Voila!
